Ended up @ this place because Del Taco cashier in the same food court was a bitch. Walked down to this place for breakfast today & we were immediately greeted by 2 happy & friendly staff members. While we waited on our order we noticed that they had lobster bisque on the menu & the gentleman immediately ran over and got us a sample. That simple act ensured we will be back for dinner & probably a couple of meals. The food was delicious, the employees clearly enjoy their job and the area was clean & organized. I can definitely see why they have all the stellar reviews they do!

Its not a restaurant it's in a food court and even though the line might be long it goes pretty quick. The guy at the register was super friendly and helpful to a first timer. We got the Fleetwood Mac Daddy and the Fleetwood Mac. This might be pricey but let's be real... lobster is not cheap and they do give you a good amount so to me it was totally worth it. The potato is smothered in a delicious Mac and lobster shreds and pieces. All of the flavors mixed very well together and I will definitely be visiting this place once I'm back in Vegas. We tried a sample of the birria and the meat was very soft and tender but it was not birria. I'm Hispanic and I cook so to me their version of birria waste like a flavorful tender piece of shredded beef. I didn't taste any of the birria chiles or consomé but it was still tasty so I encourage you to try it all.

Like myself, you might have seen this place on social, with their eye-catching potato variations. I'm happy to say that it's not just hype, and the food not only looks good but also tastes great. Oh and exceptional service. Do you need to have a lobster tail on top of your lobster mac & cheese sitting on a baked potato? No. But is it really good and captures the extravagance of what Vegas is? Yes! It is a lot but it just works very well together. I thought they would skimp on the lobster in the mac & cheese since there is also a lobster tail on top, but they did not at all. Mac & cheese had a good cheesy flavor without being too salty. Then when you eat everything with the baked potato it balances out nicely and makes for a hearty whole meal. The lobster roll is not the cold variation, just FYI. It's packed with lobster, a buttery flavor, and was executed quite well. I don't think they actually make the roll in-house (could be wrong), but it was so soft and toasted well which just worked so perfectly as the housing for the lobster. I don't think it needed it but feel free to add the extra butter that comes along with it. Besides the seafood, they also have birria tacos. I really thought these would be an afterthought and not be that good. But glad I was wrong. It was some of the best birria I've had in a while. Mainly because it really had that beef flavor and was not dried out. Dipped in the consume and the salsa which had a nice spice made for an enjoyable bite. One that you want to keep on having. They are located in the food court close to M&M World which is more south strip. They along with Dirt Dog are the main draws in the food court since everything else is the usual, everyday fast food. It was busy when I was there but tables seemed to open up pretty quickly as people finished their meals. It's a food court on the Las Vegas Strip, so take that into account when imagining how the vibe is. I could see this place being in one of the newer fancier food halls but then it would just cost that much more. What made the meal even better was all the staff. From ordering the food to the staff that checked on us as we ate the meal, they were all so friendly and really seemed to care that we enjoyed the food. Better service than I've had at sit-down restaurants. If you are in Vegas, be sure to check them out. Cheers!

Just landed in Vegas and looking for something to eat. Highly recommend this place, didn't even know that they were on social media like that! The food is generous in portions, tons of flavor, fresh order, and a little spicy, but right on the line. Hubby and I ordered the following: Birria fries Birria chilaquiles Birria tacos Two waters Total was approx $ 45

Rock N' potato brought their a game today, much like the victorious Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl that took place yesterday at the allegiant stadium down the street. The potato was delicious and perfectly made. The customer service that I received from the owner, as well as the manager named Edgar was phenomenal, and highly appreciated. You guys with your great food and superb customer service have definitely made me into a reoccurring customer. Until then... keep on Rock N'.

My expectations were not high after finding out that this place was in a food court, but let me tell you....DO NOT LET THAT DETER YOU! This place is amazing and the service is even better! The potatoes are HUGE/portion size is insane. The menu is full of specialty baked potatoes that you cannot find anywhere else. Each one of them looked delicious. I tried the lobster roll baked potato and it was out of this world! Do not overlook this gem. The men and women working here are so sweet! Even though it's a counter order establishment, they bring your food out to you and come by to check to see if you need anything! 5 star service! 5 star food as well
